Comments: The Faculty of Law is especially interested in entertaining proposals that will familiarize students with the American legal system in general and address all relevant aspects of American contract law and its international impact on lawmaking and contracts in particular.

Language: Lecturing in German preferred, but lecturing in English is acceptable.
Assignment: A flexible combination of teaching and research activities that entails at least two class sessions (90 minutes each) per week, and may include advising or supervising advanced students. Format, content and level of the individual courses (advanced undergraduate and graduate) are negotiated with the host institution.
Benefits: Euro 4,360 per month, a travel grant of Euro 800 for the grantee only, health and accident insurance, and monthly allowances of Euro 145 per accompanying dependent (up to 3). Housing costs are paid by the grantee.
