We are excited to announce that while at orientation, incoming 2022–23 program participants of the Fulbright Program and US Teaching Assistantship Program won raffle items that were donated during our 2022 SummerFest. Three members of our community—friend of Fulbright Roberta Belli, 2011–12 Austrian Fulbright student Romana Heuberger, and 1985–86 Austrian Fulbright student Karin Gerlich—won the raffle items at the event and decided to pass on their winnings to the 2022–23 cohort.

Congratulations to 2022–23 US Fulbright student Sara Christensen, who is now the owner of the NFT music composition Neither here nor there by 2021–22 US Fulbright combined grantee Conor Bulkeley-Krane. Congratulations also go out to 2022–23 US teaching assistants Brianna Tang Lee, who won an annual ticket to the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien from 1978–79 Austrian Fulbright student Maria-Regina Kecht, and to Sawyer Moseley, who received a gift certificate bundle for the ÖBB, Hermesvilla, Römermuseum, and Johann Strauss’s apartment from 2021–22 US Fulbright scholar Robert Bruns.
