Kristina Temelkova was born in a small town in Bulgaria and moved to Vienna, Austria, to pursue a degree in higher education. In 2021, she graduated with a BA in English and American studies from the University of Vienna, where she is currently enrolled in the master’s program for applied linguistics. Her studies focus on interdisciplinary approaches that aim to find solutions to real-life problems stemming from the interplay between language, culture, and society. Kristina recently joined Fulbright Austria as a project assistant and is very excited to work with and learn from the other members on the team.
