Charlotte Ehlers
US Teaching Assistant
Charlotte Ehlers is currently starting her second year as a US teaching assistant (USTA) in Vienna. Last year, she completed an internship in the Gender Division of UNIDO following the completion of her Masters of Advanced International Relations at the Vienna School of International Studies, where she specialized in human rights in Europe. Her master's thesis focuses on the political and cultural implications of queer refugees in Austria. Previously she graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree (BA and BS) in international relations, German, and marketing through the Altman Program, a special four-year undergraduate program that integrates liberal-arts and business disciplines, extensive language instruction, and two study abroad experiences. She is looking to pursue a career in human rights on the international level.
