DESCRIPTION:Ever since the first American Fulbrighters came to Germany, the Fulbright Commission has arranged a mid-year seminar enabling US Fulbright grantees across Europe to get together, share experiences, and discuss the achievements and challenges of the past semester. The seminar also gives grantees the chance to experience Berlin—all the more important now that Berlin is the governing capital of the country.
