Maddie is a second-year US teaching assistant working at the University Teacher's College in Vienna (Paedagogische Hochschule Wien). She mostly works with undergraduate students to supplement their coursework on teaching English as a foreign language in Austrian schools through in-class activities and one-on-one meetings with students to improve their English language and teaching skills.

Maddie studied cognitive neuroscience and applied linguistics at Washington University in St. Louis and graduated in 2017. She is excited for her second year as a US teaching assistant in Austria.
