His master's degree is in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management—now part of Arizona State University—and he has held professional certifications in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financial management, and international trade compliance. His most recent publications include a book chapter proposing the Humanistic Organizational Development Matrix (2022), an application of Erikson's stages of psycho-social development to the modern organization, and case studies focused on strategic issues facing early-stage growth companies.
