Jasmin Baier has a BSc in socioeconomics from Vienna University of Economics and Business and is an MA candidate for international and development economics at Yale University. She is passionate about innovative organizations and creative ideas in international development and has spent a significant amount of time working on her Social Entrepreneurship Project in Togo. It is her mission to create impact by finding new ways to use emerging technologies and new economic thinking for the Sustainable Development Goals and to promote a more human-centered/design-oriented approach to development issues. Within economics, she specializes in cognitive economics and research topics related to the effective altruism movement.
