All current US students and scholars and outgoing Austrian students, scholars, and teaching assistants are invited to celebrate the respective end and beginning of their grant periods.

Every year in June, we bid adieu to two different cohorts: to the US students and scholars whose grant period is drawing to a close and to the Austrian students, scholars, and teaching assistants whose journey to the US is just beginning. We look forward to celebrating both cohorts' experiences and raising a glass in honor of completed and impending accomplishments.

Please note that this event is only open to current US students and scholars and to outgoing Austrian students, scholars, and teaching assistants. If you are in those cohorts, please use the form below to register by 15:00 CET on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
