Fulbright Schuman Program: US-EU grants for US and EU citizens

Awards with a focus on EU affairs/policy and the US-EU transatlantic agenda

The Fulbright Schuman Program provides US and EU citizens with an opportunity to pursue research or lecture on a topic relevant to the relationship between the US and the EU, to EU affairs and policy, or to EU institutions. What's more, while a typical Fulbright grant envisions the grantee establishing their own bilateral relationship between the US and one other country, the Fulbright Schuman Program is unique in that it allows grantees to focus their attention on the US and on one or more EU member states.

Whether you're a citizen of the US or the EU, this program offers four different types of awards, giving applicants the flexibility they need to find a grant that fits their goals. If you are interested in exploring US-EU relations and EU policy, be sure to continue reading to find out more information about the grants available to you.
