Fulbright Austria is seeking the support of its alumni, friends, and associates on both sides of the Atlantic to share ideas, contribute, and get excited about the anniversary celebrations. Alumni from all Fulbright Austria programs—students, teaching assistants, scientists, and scholars—and from every generational cohort of participants—from the 1950s to the present—are invited to share their ideas, their commitment, their experience, and their expertise with us. Fulbright Austria promotes mutual understanding, cooperation, and knowledge transfer between Austria and the United States by sponsoring educational and cultural exchange programs for individuals and institutions. We fulfill this mission by managing the prestigious Fulbright scholarship program, coordinating a nation-wide teaching assistantship program that places US college graduates in Austrian secondary schools, and counseling students and institutions of higher education on opportunities to study in the US or Austria as an EducationUSA advising center.

Invite a US Fulbright Professor for a Guest Lecture
The Intercountry Lecture Program enables Austrian institutions (including universities, Fachhochschulen and similar establishments) to invite American Fulbright professors currently in Europe to give guest lectures. The program is a cost-effective way to tap into the expertise of the Fulbright community.
