Raffle giveaway timeline

• Registration closes: Sunday, 21 December 2025, at 17:00 CET
• Winner selection: Monday, 22 December 2025
• Winner announcement: no later than 17:00 CET on 22 December 2025 (by email)

Ticket pick-up

Winners should pick up their tickets at the Fulbright Austria office by 15:00 CET on Friday, 23 January 2026.

Please make an appointment before picking up your ticket. To schedule your pick-up, please contact:

If you do not live near or in Vienna, we suggest asking a friend or acquaintance to pick up your ticket on your behalf. If you decide to withdraw from the giveaway, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the ticket to another program participant.

This raffle is open exclusively to current Fulbright Austria program participants. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in this raffle giveaway.
