Fulbright Austria welcomed 25 US Fulbright students and scholars to the 2026 US Fulbright orientation in Vienna, Austria, from 23 to 25 September 2026. In the course of our three-day orientation, program participants enjoyed expert talks and alum panels, a delicious meal at a local Viennese restaurant, and a private tour of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.

The first day of orientation ended with a mini-golf mixer at the MuseumsQuartier. Browse through photos from our mini-golf mixer.

Every year, one of the highlights of orientation is the annual US embassy reception, hosted at the residence of the US ambassador to Austria. Take a look at our photos from the ambassador's reception.
