Congratulations to Fulbright Austria Student Fabiane Baxewanos for winning the Austrian Academy of Sciences' 2015 Prize on Migration Research for her dissertation on “Closing the Gap: State Responsibility in Europe’s Extraterritorial Migration Control.” Fabiane graduated from the University of Vienna in Law and International Development and has been working as a university assistant at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna since 2012.
