Hibat-Ullah Khelifi works as a researcher, policy analyst, and cultural communicator with a focus on education, migration, and social justice. She brings experience from the public, academic, and non-profit sectors in Austria and abroad. Hiba studied in Vienna, Berlin, and the United States, earning a bachelor's degree in political science and a master’s degree in public policy and administration. Her professional background includes roles in research, project coordination, and communications at institutions such as the University of Massachusetts, Caritas Austria, and the Vienna City Council. Hiba is delighted to join Fulbright Austria as the scholar program officer and looks forward to contributing her skills and perspectives toward fostering meaningful academic and cultural exchange.
