Fulbright Austria said goodbye to more than 80 US Teaching Assistants (of the 150+ we manage) at the fourth annual USTA program going-away Heurigen on May 5. USTA Program Officer Belona Berchtaler and Program Assistant and USTA alumna Betsy Akins were on hand for a festive evening full of Tracht (traditional dress) at the 10er Marie Heurigen. We also had a special guest: Andrea Dorner from Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, who is also involved in administering the TA programs on the ministry side. We wish all of the USTA alumni the best of luck in their future endeavors!
