The Commission for Educational Exchange between the US, Belgium, and Luxembourg administers the Fulbright Schuman Program for citizens of EU member states to study, lecture, or conduct research in the US on the development of the EU, EU policies, or the US-EU transatlantic agenda for a period between three months and one academic year. These grants for students and scholars are open to all academic fields of study but must relate to US-EU relations or EU affairs. The Fulbright Schuman Program is jointly financed by the US Department of State and the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG.EAC) of the European Commission.
