This opportunity changed my life in a unique, valuable and positive way.  Building on my experience teaching and learning abroad, I was able to apply successfully to postgraduate programs in the United Kingdom and complete major research degrees at the Masters and PhD level that I would not have been able to do without my experience.  I also met my wife as a result of the experience and continue to work in education, a professional vocation that would not have existed had I not had such a life changing experience on this program.
