Lipman, associate professor at Tulane University and the 2021–22 Fulbright-Diplomatic Academy Visiting Professor of International Studies, will present a public lecture at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna titled "In Camps: Vietnamese Refugees, Asylum-Seekers, and Repatriates."
