Current US Fulbright scholars Julie Ann Elston, professor of business at Oregon State University – Cascades and the 2021–22 Fulbright-Kathryn and Craig Hall Distinguished Chair for Entrepreneurship in Central Europe, and Andy Van Schaack, associate professor in the Department of Engineering Management at Vanderbilt University and the 2021–22 Fulbright-Johannes Kepler University Linz Visiting Professor, will participate in a panel entitled “Silicon Valley Myth-Making in the US and Austria” on the final day of the two-day “Recharging Austro-American Relations” conference.
The conference, organized by the Diplomatic Academy (DA) and the Botstiber Institute for Austrian-American Studies in cooperation with the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation, is a free hybrid event.
