Following a two-day orientation, sixteen new US Fulbright scholars mingled with current program participants, representatives of the US Embassy Vienna, Fulbright Austria staff, alums, partner institutions, and nominees for the Austrian Fulbright Student Program and the FLTA Program at the Fulbright Austria winter meet & greet, hosted in RaumD at the MuseumsQuartier. Fulbright Austria’s executive director Hermann Agis and board member and treasurer Daniel Mattern welcomed attendees before opening the buffet, and attendees spent the evening socializing with the various generations within the Fulbright Austria community.
