Qualification and eligibility

Even though I came to the US with high expectations, my Fulbright-Botstiber stay at Northwestern and in Chicago was more than I could have hoped for. I'm looking back at three intense, inspiring, and life-changing months, and would certainly do it again in a heartbeat.
